By purchasing or using any Mosyl Audio software product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Payment & Merchant of Record

Payment processing, tax calculation, and tax remittance for all purchases made on this site are provided by Stripe, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means Stripe — not Mosyl Technologies LLC — is the legal seller of record for your purchase. Your payment will appear on your card statement as a charge from Stripe. Stripe collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, and other indirect taxes on your behalf in accordance with applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Stripe’s Managed Payments terms. A tax invoice is issued by Stripe at the time of purchase and delivered to your email address.

Software License

Our software is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver and support your purchase:

• Your email address, used to create your account, deliver your license, and provide support.
• License activation data, used to validate that your copy of the software is genuine.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store payment details such as card numbers or billing addresses. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. We never see your full card number. Stripe may collect and store your billing address for tax determination and fraud prevention purposes. Third Parties

We use Stripe to process payments and handle tax obligations as our Merchant of Record. We use a third-party hosting provider for server infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.
